Reglas de convivencia en condominios o unidades habitacionales
1. Separar y depositar la basura en el lugar indicado
2. Asistir y participar en las asambleas de condominios
3. No desperdiciar el agua
4. Respetar las áreas comunes
5. Recoger las heces de sus mascotas
6. Estacionar el auto en el lugar que correspondiente
7. Pagar a tiempo las cuotas de mantenimiento
8. Vigilar el buen manejo de las cuotas de servicio, mantenimiento y administración
9. No se permite hacer ruido en horarios no permitidos
10. Conservar las áreas verdes de la unidad habitacional y espacios públicos
11. No se permite el robo del cable o wi-fi
12. Queda estrictamente prohibido mantener animales exóticos dentro de la unidad de
condominios
13. Queda estrictamente prohibido, el uso de drogas e en su caso la comercialización.
14. Queda estrictamente prohibido faltarse el respeto entre vecinos, así como el uso
de violencia.
15. No se permite exceder el número de residentes estipulado en cada contrato.
