Presentación oral -¿Cómo eras de niño/a?

Task: Describe what you were like when you were a small child and draw a series of

pictures that illustrate your sentences.

A. Think about what you were like when you were a small child, what things you used

to do, and what things you were not allowed to do. Then, complete the following

sentences.

1. Cuando era niño(a), era y .

2. Yo jugaba con .

3. Me gustaba jugar .

4. Yo tenía que .

5. Mis padres no me permitían .

B. Create a series of photos to illustrate each of your sentences from part A. Number
your pictures 1 to 8. Be sure the sentences are easy to understand and represent you

when you were young. Add descriptions of yourself and of other people, and use

sequenced sentences and details to describe the events.

C. Use your sentences from part A and your photos from part B to prepare your

presentation. As you practice your presentation make sure that:

• your sentences describe the pictures in order

• Provide as much information as possible

• you use complete sentences

• you speak clearly so that you can be understood

D. Now, talk about what you were like when you were a child in a video. Hold up your

pictures in order during the presentation as you say your sentences to describe them.
