RESUMEN
This research focuses on the comparison of the two-ray based propagation model, and
measurements in the 900 MHz band in the city of Trujillo, Peru, in order to validate the
similarity between the theoretical and experimental results in this city. Theory about the
propagation model is presented along with methods of research and variables operation.
The process of collecting data for 39 test samples is then presented and contrasted with
the theoretical estimations of the model. The results to determine the similarity between
the theoretical and experimental curves are analyzed through the Pearson correlation
technique and application of T Student test. Finally, conclusions and recommendations
are presented.
