Accidentes Mortales por Región.- Para el presente mes de octubre se Accidentes de Trabajo por Región.- A nivel nacional se presentaron
notificaron 16 accidentes mortales, concentrándose el 62,50% en Lima 1 932 accidentes de trabajo en el mes de octubre, de los cuales el
Metropolitana, prosiguiendo Arequipa con 18.75%, Apurímac, Cajamarca 79,61% correspondieron a Lima Metropolitana, continuando con las

Incidentes Peligrosos por Región.- Se notificaron 74 incidentes Enfermedades Ocupacionales por Región.- En el mes de octubre se
peligrosos, de los cuales el 72,97% correspondieron a Lima notificó 5 casos de enfermedades ocupacionales, las cuales
Metropolitana, seguido de Arequipa con 10,81%, La Libertad con correspondieron a las regiones Lima Metropolitana (60,00%), Ancash

Notificaciones Según Actividad Económica.- De un total de 2 027 notificaciones, se observa que el 95,31% corresponden a accidentes de trabajo,
seguido en orden decreciente por incidentes peligrosos (3,65%), accidentes mortales (0,79%) y, finalmente, enfermedades ocupacionales (0,25%). Por
otra parte, analizando las notificaciones según actividad económica el 25,90% corresponde a Industrias Manufactureras, siguiendo en importancia
Actividades Inmobiliarias, Empresariales y de Alquiler (21,02%); Construcción (12,58%); entre otras actividades económicas.

Notificaciones, Según Categoría Ocupacional.- De las 1 953 notificaciones que se presentaron en el mes de octubre, 375
correspondieron a la categoría ocupacional operario, de las cuales 369 fueron accidentes de trabajo, 4 accidentes mortales y 2
enfermedades ocupacionales; asimismo, 134 correspondieron a obreros, de los cuales 128 sufrieron accidentes de trabajo, 5
accidentes mortales y 1 enfermedad ocupacional; siguiendo en importancia los empleados con 107 notificaciones siendo 102
accidentes de trabajo, 4 accidentes mortales y 1 enfermedad ocupacional.

Accidentes de Trabajo por Sexo.- En el mes de octubre se presentaron 1 932 notificaciones de accidentes de trabajo de los cuales 1 696
corresponden al sexo masculino y 236 al femenino observándose que los trabajadores de sexo masculino sufren mayor número de accidentes de
trabajo que las del sexo femenino. Por otra parte, se puede apreciar que se ha presentado una disminución en el número de notificaciones de
accidentes de trabajo respecto al mes anterior.

Accidentes de Trabajo por Actividad Económica, Según Forma del Accidente.- De las 1 932 notificaciones presentadas en el mes de octubre, 520 corresponden a
Industrias Manufactureras; 395 al sector Actividades Inmobiliarias, Empresariales y de Alquiler; 244 al sector Construcción ; entre otras. Según las formas más comunes de
cómo se ocasionaron los accidentes de trabajo, se debieron a Golpes por Objetos (18,27%), Esfuerzos Físicos o Falsos Movimientos (10,40%), Caída de Objetos (9,42%),
entre otras formas.

Accidentes de Trabajo por Actividad Económica, Según Agente Causante.– Los principales agentes causantes de accidentes de trabajo que han sido registrados, en
orden decreciente, son: Herramientas (portátiles, manuales, mecánicas, eléctricas, etc.) con (149) notificaciones; seguido de Máquinas y Equipos en General con (114)
notificaciones; Escalera con (104) notificaciones; entre otros. Cabe señalar, que existe un alto número de notificaciones en las cuales los centros médicos asistenciales
seleccionan la categoría "Otros", por lo tanto no se puede determinar en detalle el agente causante (1 133).

masculino y 236 al femenino. Las partes del cuerpo lesionadas en su mayor número fueron dedos de la mano con 14,86%, seguido de ojos (con
inclusión de los párpados, la órbita y el nervio óptico) con un 11,59%, entre otras partes del cuerpo.

Accidentes Mortales por Actividad Económica, Según Forma del Accidente.- En el mes de octubre, las actividades económicas que reportaron el mayor
número de notificaciones de accidentes mortales fueron Industrias Manufactureras con (25,00%); seguido de Actividades Inmobiliarias, Empresariales y alquiler
y Explotación de Minas y Canteras con 18,75% en cada actividad; entre otras actividades. Así mismo las formas de accidente reportadas han sido las siguientes,
