Después de tener todo listo debes estar atento/a al consumo del huésped para
la reposición de frutas, agua caliente, pan y algún otro insumo. También se debe
prestar la atención necesaria para que después de que el huésped consuma su
desayuno realizar el levantado de taza, cubierto, pocillo, panera en su
respectiva bandeja.

b) Limpieza General
La limpieza del comedor, baño y recepción se debe realizar todos los días antes
de las 7:30 que es la hora que se abre la puerta para que las personas
comiencen a entrar y tomar su desayuno, esta limpieza incluye barrido de piso,
lavado con agua con detergente y secado.
Traslado de basura inorgánica a basurero exterior cada vez que se llene la bolsa
del contenedor.
El carro basurero pasa los días martes, jueves y sábado a partir de las 10:30
La limpieza dela cocina, baños y área de camping se debe realizar todos los
días a las 10:30 que es la hora que se terminó de recoger y lavar todos los
insumos y utensilios utilizados para el desayuno.

del contenedor.
