Do you have a dog?
No / Si No, I don’t / Yes, I do
ESPAÑOL INGLES
Tiene María un gato Does Maria have a cat
Si / No Yes, She does / No, She doesn’t
Otros ejemplos:
Does Pedro live in an apartment ? No, he doesn’t. He lives in a house
rutinaria o cotidiana.
Los auxiliares se usan así:
Do I ….?
Do you…?
Do we….?
Do they…..?
Does he…..?
Does she…….?
Does it……?
Recuerda que a veces en lugar de pronombres (I, you, he , she , it, we, you,
corresponde el pronombre “she”. Y como le corresponde “she”, la pregunta
debe empezar con “does”. Ejemplo:
“Does your sister have a car?” Yes, she does. She has a JETTA
siguientes preguntas:
HAY
Como se hace uso del verbo To Be, observa que sucede en las oraciones,
negativas e interrogativas:
SINGULAR
ENGLISH SPANISH
There is a car in front of the garage Hay un carro enfrente de la cochera.
There IS NOT a bus near the school No hay un autobús cerca de la escuela.
Is there a taxi in the corner? ¿Hay un taxi en la esquina?
PLURAL
ENGLISH SPANISH
There are 2 trees next to the house Hay dos árboles junto a la casa.
There ARE NOT 2 trees on the street. No hay dos árboles sobre la calle.
Are there 2 trees at the bus stop?
There is not a bus near the school. There is NO bus station near the school
Articulo definido ---A ---
