Abstract
This research is a central objective to perfect the technique back, backstroke, in children Swimmers Navy Club, and as a secondary objective evidence whether the
proposed Obregon, Santillan, Santillan & Trujillo (2016) is effective for filling the central objective. A sample of 20 children was studied, ages 1112 years age, which train at the
Navy Club, Republic of Ecuador, to which is applied a strategy with specific exercises for three months with a session of two studied daily hours, five days a week, performing a
check each month by testing time. Research shows a systematic improvement in the optimization of time taken to complete a goal in each month studied, according to the
Friedman test (p=0.000) and the Wilcoxon signedrank test (p=0.000). Moreover, it is shown that the strategy designed by Obregon, Santillan, Santillan & Trujillo (2016) and
replicated in the present investigation, while significantly improving control indicators of time, did not show significant differences when buying yields the two investigations,
inferring that presents similar results regardless of where applicable.
