 CICLO DE MINA SUBTERRANEA

El ciclo de mina subterránea es el siguiente:

1. VENTILACIÓN: realizado con ventiladores artificiales y con una duración

promedio de 45 minutos.
2. REGADO: es para reducir el polvo que deja la voladura y para poder
observar las fracturas de la roca.
3. DESATADO: es la actividad de hacer caer las rocas fracturadas del techo,
hastiales y frente cumpliendo con su respectivo procedimiento.
4. LIMPIEZA: se realiza con equipos como escoop tram de 2 y 4 yardas de
capacidad.
5. SOSTENIMIENTO: se realiza con madera de aproximadamente 8
pulgadas de espesor en el caso de cuadros y sobre el tamaño es de
acuerdo a la sección de la labor (6”x6”, 6”x4”, etc.), en el caso que la roca
sea competente se avanza sin sostenimientos, siempre teniendo en
cuenta el PETS.
6. PERFORACIÓN: se realiza con maquina neumática Jack Leg y se perfora
en avance 8 pies, la cual necesita aproximadamente 70 psi de presión de
aire y 20 psi de presión de agua, siempre cumpliendo con el PETS.
7. VOLADURA: se realiza con mecha lenta y fulminante armado
convencionalmente, el cebo se arma con el accesorio anterior con un
cartucho de semexa (dinamita) y la columna del taladro se carga con
ANFO, que tiene una composición de 95 a 96% de nitrato con 4 a 5% de
petróleo, realizando la actividad cumpliendo con el PETS respectivo.
8. CHISPEO: se realiza a fin de guardia previa coordinación con labores
cercanas cumpliendo el PETS para dicha actividad.
 UNDERGROUND MINE CYCLE

The underground mine cycle is as follows:

1. VENTILATION: performed with artificial fans and with an average duration of

45 minutes.
2. REGADO: it is to reduce the dust that leaves the blasting and to be able to
observe the fractures of the rock.
3. UNLOCKED: it is the activity of making the fractured rocks fall from the ceiling,
upside down and facing the respective procedure.
4. CLEANING: it is done with equipment like escoop tram of 2 and 4 yards of
capacity.
5. SUSPENSION: it is made with wood approximately 8 inches thick in the case
of tables and on the size is according to the section of the work (6 "x6", 6 "x4",
etc.), in the case that the rock is competent is advanced without holds, always
taking into account the PETS.
6. PERFORATION: It is made with pneumatic Jack Leg machine and perforated
in forward 8 feet, which needs approximately 70 psi of air pressure and 20 psi of
water pressure, always complying with the PETS.
7. BOLT: it is carried out with a slow wick and fulminante armed conventionally,
the bait is armed with the previous accessory with a cartridge of semexa
(dynamite) and the column of the hole is loaded with ANFO, that has a
composition of 95 to 96% of nitrate with 4 to 5% of petroleum, performing the
activity fulfilling the respective PETS.
8. SPARK: is performed in order to guard prior coordination with nearby work
fulfilling the PETS for said activity.
