INTERPRETACIÓN
PROPIEDADES PSICOMÉTRICAS
Fiabilidad:
Sus propiedades psicométricas han sido ampliamente estudiadas1,8,10,21-23,
presentando buena validez interobservador y de constructo, elevada consistencia
interna (alfa de Cronbach de 0,73 para la escala positiva, de 0,83 para la negativa
y de 0,87 para la de psicopatología general)y adecuada estabilidad test-retest. El
coeficiente de correlación intraclase es de alrededor de 0,80 para las tres
subescalas.
Validez:
La comparación con otras escalas como BPRS, la SAPS y la SANS arroja
buenos índices de validez concurrente. Entre la subescala positiva de la PANSS y
la SAPS r = 0,77 y entre la subescala negativa y la SANS r = 0,77. Por otra parte,
al estudiar la correlación entre la subescala de psicopatología general y la Escala
de Impresión Clínica Global el índice r era de 0,5225.
