RESUMEN.
The present study was framed in a quantitative research whose main objective is
to carry out a project to propose the use of the Android Dynamis application as an
innovative instructional resource in the understanding of the classical dynamics in
the third year students of the U.E.N "Dr. Carlos Emilio Muñoz Oraá ". Theoretical
information concerning the development of teaching materials based on ICTs, as
well as strategies for the renewal of technology and the classical dynamics was
gathered, it should be noted that the application is a specific creation programmed
specifically for this area. The study was carried out under the feasible project
modality, supported by a field study of a descriptive and quantitative nature, where
the population consisted of 138 students from the 3rd year of the U.E.N "Dr. Carlos
Emilio Muñoz Oraá "from the municipality of Guanare state, taking a sample of
twenty-six (26) students who were surveyed, through a questionnaire composed of
thirteen (13) items dichotomous type, through which certain weaknesses as
regards their lack of knowledge about basic terms of the classical dynamics and
about the use of new strategies by the physics teacher as a motivating strategy in
the understanding of the classical dynamics Immediately to make the diagnosis, to
know how they are informed about of the subject. After analyzing meticulously
what are the strengths and weaknesses of using the smartphone and an Android
application to learn the classic dynamics, it is inferred that it was possible to detect
the need to develop the present project, which enjoys great acceptance by the
students being able to appreciate the enthusiasm of these at the moment of
presenting them to this proposal, arousing the interest of the students in the
moment of developing contents of the area of physics coupled with innovative
technological tools, therefore the same can have an impact on the improved
academic performance and achievement. Knowing this way its main precursors
and the contributions that have made to the investigation of this phenomenon.

CONCLUSIONES
Por último y una vez propuesto el diseño se montará en línea para la utilidad
de profesores y alumnos como recurso instruccional, observándose que la misma
pretende dar resultados positivos en el aprendizaje de la dinámica clásica,
sirviendo como herramienta de aprendizaje y practica para mejorar el
conocimiento sobre el tema propuesto, sus diferentes interpretaciones y
aplicaciones.
