La ciudad primada de Cuba es Baracoa, la primera villa del país fue fundada por
Diego Velázquez en el año 1511 en el extremo oriental de la isla. El aislamiento
físico en que se mantuvo por 4 siglos y una naturaleza exuberante le dan un aire

Las tierras fértiles de esta isla caribeña hacen

Café Expreso
En Cuba una taza de café es más que una

Varadero
It is the main and most beautiful Cuban resort, and also the best equipped on the
island. It is located in the Hicacos peninsula on the north coast of the province of
Matanzas and 140 km (87.5 mi) east of the City of Havana with which it communicates
by a motorway of great visual beauty. It also has an international airport linked to
several cities in North America and Europe.
Havana city
Havana is the capital of the country and almost from its foundation in 1519 it became
the main commercial, economic and communications center due to its favored
location in front of the Straits of Florida and its magnificent bay.
Old Havana is the best example of colonial architecture on the island and throughout
the Caribbean. Located on the western margin of Havana Bay and 3.2 km (2.0 mi) on
the north-south axis and 1.6 km (1.0 mi) on the east-west axis, it is the largest colonial
center in the Caribbean.
Holguin
The province of Holguín is currently considered the third most important Cuban tourist
destination, with more than 4800 rooms in the hotel plant distributed mainly in the
beaches Guardalavaca, Playa Esmeralda and El Pesquero, all located in the North Coast
of Holguín.
Santiago de Cuba
Santiago de Cuba is the second city of Cuba and also the capital of the province of the
same name, characterized by the interrelation of the main mountain range of the island,
the Sierra Maestra, and the Caribbean Sea. Santiago de Cuba is a mountain and sea, a
Caribbean sea.
The Jardines del Rey is an extensive area that extends to the north of the country off the
coast of the provinces of Ciego de Avila and Camaguey. Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo
are located here, two cays that have become strongholds of Cuban tourism by virtue of
the excellent quality of its beaches of coral origin and its almost intact nature.
Trinity
The city of Trinidad is located in the center of the island, in the province of Sancti Spiritus.
Trinidad is one of the first villas founded in Cuba (in the year 1514), declared by UNESCO
a Cultural Patrimony of Humanity and where the best architecture and colonial air have
been preserved on the island for what is also known as City Museum of the Caribbean
Sea
Hundred fires
The City of the Sea, Cienfuegos, is undoubtedly the most beautiful city in Cuba. Located
in the center-south of the country, in the margins of the bay of Jagua, was founded by
French originating from the Louisiana in the year 1819. In her parks, theaters, churches
can be admired, cemeteries full of sculptural monuments of great value, architectural
gems such as the Palacio de Valle and the Terry Theater and several other buildings that
surround the José Martí Park, in the center of the city.
Baracoa
The primate city of Cuba is Baracoa, the first town in the country was founded by Diego
Velázquez in 1511 at the eastern end of the island. The physical isolation in which it was
kept for 4 centuries and an exuberant nature give it a unique air on the island.
Valley of Viñales
It is the most famous tourist destination in the province of Pinar del Rio and is
characterized by the beauty of the landscape, which highlights the mogotes, both alone
and in karst mountain ranges, alternating with the tobacco fields, fields and the peasant
houses.
Cao Largo del Sur is a small and paradisiac island located to the South of the island of
Cuba, in the East end of the Canarreos Archipelago and in the middle of the Caribbean
Sea.
Cayo Santa María and Cayo Ensenachos, together with Cayo Las Brujas, are located off
the north coast of the province of Villa Clara in the central part of the country, about 30
km from the mainland. They are part of a group of cays (small islands) known as the
Horseshoe Cays with more than 500 scattered islets in an area of crystalline and shallow
waters with an area of more than 1300 km2 and bounded on the north by the second
largest barrier reef from the earth.
TYPICAL BEVERAGES OF CUBA
Mojito
The favorite cocktail of millions prepared with white rum, sugar, lime, mint, carbonated
water and other ingredients that can be added according to taste. To prepare a
traditional Cuban mojito can not miss the yerbabuena, a plant that is normally used as
an aromatic ingredient, but also has many digestive properties. One of the places where
they prepare the best mojitos is La Bodeguita del Medio, in Old Havana.
Daiquiri
The best cocktail for the summer! Made from white rum, sugar and lemon juice or criollo
lime and lots of ice. It is a very versatile drink that can be prepared with numerous
ingredients, especially fruit. But the one that has truly gained international fame is
mixing in one of the most famous bars in the world, Bar Floridita, where Ernest
Hemingway took them regularly.
Ron
Cuban rum is for its quality and tradition one of the most valued rums worldwide, and
once you are in Cuba diversity is enormous. You can choose brands, colors, reservations
and prices. Havana Club is the most recognized brand but there are also others like
Santiago, Mulata, Ritual, Legendary, Caney ...
Tropical juices
The fertile lands of this Caribbean island make fresh tropical fruits abound. Mango,
banana, pineapple, pump fruit ... you can order your juice ... or simply put everything
together and enjoy a refreshing fruit punch to quench your thirst and take care of your
health.
Coffee express
In Cuba a cup of coffee is more than a tradition, it is an indissoluble part of the lifestyle.
The typical coffee is characterized by having a strong flavor, but it is balanced with a
foam that dissolves in the coffee. In the eastern part of the country it is common to
sweeten it with honey or brown sugar and the more daring cut it with a trickle of rum.
Forget about Starbucks and enjoy an authentic "a la cubana" espresso!
