Aplica para todo personal que ingrese a laborar a las instalaciones de GRUPO POLESA y que sea
empleado o trabajador de una empresa ajena: Contratista
Applies to all personnel entering to work at POLESA GROUP facilities and who is an employer or employee
of a foreign company: Contractor

Revisin y difusin del procedimiento, as como ser partcipe de su vigilancia y control
Review and dissemination of the process and be part of its monitoring and control

Aplicacin inmediata del presente para fomentar la seguridad de los trabajadores de POLESA y
contratistas
Immediate implementation of this to promote safety of workers and contractors of POLESA

Vigilar el cumplimiento del presente y facilitar al contratista la comunicacin y tramites con
Seguridad e higiene
Monitor compliance with this and provide the contractor with communication and security procedures and
hygiene
Generales / General

Todo personal contratista debe programar su visita y trabajo en POLESA con anticipacin, esto con
el fin de tener su documentacin en orden al momento de su arribo y no presentar contratiempos

en su trabajo
Debern de acatara las indicaciones de vigilancia y utilizar solo los ingresos y salidas indicados por

este departamento
Debern de registrar toda la herramienta que ingresa a POLESA para evitar contratiempos en las

revisiones de salida
No podrn portar cmaras fotografas o de video durante su estancia en POLESA

All contractor personnel must schedule your visit to POLESA ahead, this in order to have their
paperwork in order when they arrive and have no setbacks in the work to be done.

They must abide by the instructions of surveillance and use only the inputs and outputs indicated by this
department

They should register all tools entering POLESA to avoid mishaps at departure.

They cannot carry cameras or video cameras while in POLESA.

Requisitos / Requiriments
Para poder realizar labores dentro de GRUPO POLESA los contratistas debern presentar
anticipadamente la siguiente documentacin al departamento de seguridad e higiene atraves del
departamento contratante:
To perform tasks within POLESA GROUP contractors need to deliver following documentation to the
Department of health and safety in advance trough the contracting department :

Alta del IMSS y/o comprobante del ltimo pago a esta institucin donde figuren los nombres de

quienes trabajaran dentro de la empresa

Reactivo antidopaje nuevo y sellado para aplicarse en el servicio mdico de la empresa
Recibir una pltica en donde se expliquen las normas de seguridad, ya sea por el departamento

contratante o seguridad e higiene (lista con firmas)

Equipo de seguridad: Botas con casquillo de acero, chaleco con cinta reflejante, pantaln de
algodn, lentes de seguridad y casco (en caso de realizar trabajos dentro de las naves, tambin

tapones auditivos)
Tramite de aviso de trabajos de riesgo; soldadura, oxicorte, electricidad y trabajos en altura. Esto

con el departamento de seguridad e higiene

Listado de herramientas con copia a vigilancia
En caso de trabajos que requieran ser acordonados, deber el contratista de contar con su propia
cinta de precaucin o peligro segn aplique y conos de trafico color naranja

IMSS registration and / or receipt of the final payment to the institution where the names of those
listed work within the company.

New and sealed anti-doping document for application in the medical service of the company

Receive a talk where safety standards are explained either by the contracting department or health
and safety department (list of signatures)

Safety Equipment: Steel-toed boots, vest with reflective tape, cotton pants, safety glasses and helmet
(if working inside the ships, also earplugs)

Processing of jobs risk warning; welding, flame cutting, electricity and work at height. This is review
with the department of health and safety

List of tools with a copy for monitoring and surveilance.

In case of work that need to be cordoned off, the contractor must have its own danger or caution
tape as applicable and orange traffic cones.

Indicaciones de Seguridad e Higiene / Safety and Hygiene Indicators

La ropa de trabajo debe de ser de algodn y el zapato contar con casquillo (de preferencia tipo

borcegu o bota)
No se permite fumar en las naves
No est permitido el uso de audfonos, cadenas, aretes, anillos y el yso de celulares se restringe a

emergencias
No se permite comer dentro de las naves
Est prohibido orinar en reas de construccin
No est permitido el ingreso de personal bajo el influjo del alcohol o alguna droga
No est permitido utilizar envases de refresco, jugo o cualquier otro de tipo alimenticio para

almacenar solventes, limpiadores, detergentes o cualquier producto qumico

Los residuos de cualquier tipo generados por el contratista, son responsabilidad de este
Los actos que vayan en contra de la moral sern sancionados negando el ingreso a POLESA
Robos, daos a la propiedad o inmueble, portacin de armas de cualquier tipo y uso de cualquier
tipo de droga, son prcticas que no se toleran en GRUPO POLESA y sern consignadas a la
autoridad correspondiente

Work clothes should be cotton and shoe have cap (preferably borcegu type or boot)

Smoking is not allowed

It is not allowed the use of headphones, chains, earrings, rings and cellphone use is restricted to
emergencies

It is not allowed to eat in the factory

It is forbidden to urinate in construction areas

It is not allowed the entry of personnel under the influence of alcohol or drugs

It is not allowed to use containers of soda, juice or any other type of food to store solvents, cleaners,
detergents or chemicals.

Any waste generated by the contractor is his responssabilty.

The acts that go against the moral will be punished by denying admission to POLESA

Theft, damage to property or personal property, possession of weapons of any type and use of any drugs,
are practices that are not tolerated in POLESA GROUP and will be consigned to the appropriate
authority.

El incumplimiento de lo expuesto en este reglamento, podr ocasionar que el trabajador o

incluso la empresa contratada, sea retirada de la empresa / Failure to set forth in this regulation, can
cause the worker or the contracted company, to be removed from the company
