XX s.a. una cia. Argentina ha firmado un contrato con una empresa

norteamericana denominada ZZ s.a. para exportar frutas (naranjas,
melones y limones)
El Banco de XX sa. se denomina Banco Macro (swift address MACRARBA),
el banco de ZZ sa. se llama Union Bank (swift address UCBLUS33) y está
ubicado en in New York USA.
La L/C fue emitida el 5 de marzo de 2006 y el vencimiento para la
presentación de los documentos es el 26 de abril.
El límite para embarcar es el 5 de abril.
El exportador solicitó una operación irrevocable, transferible y confirmada,
acordando que todos los gastos fuera de USA corran por su cuenta.
Los documentos requeridos por la L/C son:

INDICATING NET WEIGHT AND GROSS WEIGHT BY PRODUCTS.

ORIGINAL PACKING LIST, PLUS THEREE COPIES.

ORIGINAL ORIGIN CERTIFICATE (MERCOSUR) PLUS TWO COPIES

El monto de la L/C es hasta FOB USD 50.000.-

El plazo de pago es 120 días desde el embarque.
La L/C se negociará con copias.
Un fee de USD50,00 será deducido del monto de la operación por cada set
de documentos que sea presentado con discrepancias y será pagado por el
beneficiario.
El exportador deberá realizar solo un embarque en un único medio de
transporte.
Las mercaderías serán embarcadas en el puerto de Bs. As. y serán
entregadas en el puerto de New York.
El banco corresponsal del banco abridor es el Bank of New York y su
cuenta en dicho banco es 630-333-48
