 Trabajar los juegos tradicionales
El objetivo de esta actividad es enseñar a los alumnos la importancia del juego al aire libre
con compañeros, y recordarles que hay posibilidades de ocio fuera de casa, más allá de las
tecnologías (tablet, ordenador, móvil…)

Esta actividad puede trabajarse específicamente en una tutoría grupal o en la clase de

educación física

Asimismo, es interesante que, una vez que se haya jugado a todos los juegos en clase, estos
puedan aplicarse a alguna salida no lectiva o excursión, así como en el recreo con ayuda de
algún profesor (siempre como algo opcional dada la importancia del juego libre)

 El pañuelo
Se dividirá a los alumnos en dos grupos, que se colocarán uno frente a otro con una
01 línea o marca en medio, donde habrá una persona sosteniendo un pañuelo
Cada miembro del grupo tendrá asignado un número (o un color, un animal…) que
02 coincidirá con alguien del otro grupo
La persona del medio dirá un número al azar y las dos personas (una de cada grupo) que
03 tengan ese número correrán para agarrar el pañuelo
El primero que agarre el pañuelo deberá volver corriendo a su grupo y el del grupo
04 contrario deberá perseguir
Gana quien agarre el pañuelo y llegue a su grupo, o bien el que pille al compañero que
05 ha agarrado el pañuelo

06 Se repetirá hasta que hayan salido todos

El escondite inglés
Una persona cuenta contra la pared y recita
“un, dos, tres, al escondite inglés, sin mover
01 las manos ni los pies” mientras el resto
avanza rápidamente hacia la pared

Cuando la persona que cuenta se da la

vuelta, todos deben estar completamente
02 inmóviles. Quien se mueva quedará eliminado
y deberá volver de nuevo al inicio

03 Gana quien llegue primero a la pared

 Pies quietos
Una persona del grupo sujetará una
01 pelota y los demás se congregarán
alrededor
La persona que tiene la pelota deberá
02 lanzarla hacia el cielo y decir el
nombre de uno de los jugadores
El jugador que ha sido nombrado
deberá correr para atrapar la pelota
03 mientras el resto corre en dirección
contraria (lejos de la pelota)
Cuando haya atrapado la pelota, dirá
04 “pies quietos” y el resto deberá
quedarse en el sitio
Quien tiene la pelota dará tres pasos
hasta llegar lo más cerca posible de
05 algunas de las personas que tenga a su
alrededor y le lanzará la pelota
Si le da, esta persona perderá una vida
06 (cada jugador tiene tres vidas)
 La rayuela
1. Se dibujará en el suelo una rayuela tradicional

2. En su turno cada participante deberá lanzar una

piedra al número que toque en cada turno (se
empezará en el 1 y terminará en el 10)

3. El participante tendrá que caminar “a la pata

coja” (excepto en las casillas que van de dos en
dos), saltándose la casilla donde se encuentra la
piedra, y volver al inicio

4. Si se equivoca, deberá volver a repetir con el

mismo número

5. Gana quien llegue a la casilla número 10
