¿Que podemos hacer con estos componentes?

Podemos comunicar uno o varios ASRi a un PC o a una red.
El set-up más simple es con un sistema ASRi, conectado a
un PC, en menos de 100 metros de distancia entre ellos.
Esto requiere sólo un cable apantallado de cobre con
conectores M12, más un adaptador ”cruzado” M12/RJ45. (El
adaptador tiene que ser cruzado para lograr la comunicación
entre dos computadores – el PC y el ASRi).
Otras configuraciones necesitarían más componentes.
Miremos algunos ejemplos:

Si se requiere largas distancias de
conección de varios sistemas
ASRi y el PC.
Ethernet permite una distancia maxima de
100 m entre el gabinete ASRi y el ASRi
switch (B).
Si otro switch (A) es agregado, la distancia
puede ser incremen otros 100 m.
En el caso mostrado, la distancia entre el ASRi-Switch
PC y el gabinete ASRi más alejado puede A
ser de hasta 400 m.

Si se requieren distancias

.……podemos usar cable de fibra óptica.
El ASRi switch tiene un puerto para fibra
óptica, por lo que la distancia entre los
gabinetes ASRi al PC puede
incrementarse hasta 2 kilometros. A

Diferentes clientes tienen diferentes necesidades!

Para una fácil integración al sistema de control de la planta,

podemos suministrar un ”ASRi OPC Server”. Esto permite
mostrar valores desde el ASRi en el sistema SCADA del
cliente.

Como un paquete completo y 100% funcional, podemos

suministrar el WINi. Este provee acceso a todas las
caracteristicas del ASRi, donde tú lo quieras.

Si lo quieren, pueden conectar el Web-Server propio del

sistema ASRi y usar un protocolo XML. Con este set-up,
pueden configurar lo que quieran.

WINi gives the best possible
performance with a remote
monitoring system.
WINi is easy to install and the
operator uses the same interface as
is displayed on the ASRi cabinet.
If the ASRi receives a program up-
date, WINi will up-date itself with the
new pictures from the ASRi system.
WINi does not have to work with the
same language as has been
selected in the ASRi system.
Different measuring units can also
be used by WINi and ASRi.

Since the ASRi has a built-in Web-
server, a normal Web-browser such
as Explorer can be used to get in
touch with ASRi. With this
connection, the new program version
can be loaded from a PC.

Updating programs in multiple ASRi systems

If the systems are connected to a network, the
programs can all be up-dated via the network.
