1. Determine la capacidad total del vehículo terrestre, según la figura adjunta.
2. Señale cómo implementaría un WMS en esta empresa que mantiene el inventario manual por paquete dentro
de una caja. Cada caja contiene 24 paquetes.
3. Si usted recibe semanalmente 5 camiones, cuantos paquetes recibe al mes?
4. Investigue las posibles de salidas de información que se pueden generar entre el área de despacho y bodega
en una empresa. Detalle un diagrama de relación entre estos dos departamentos.
Haciendo un bosquejo determinamos que caben 2 cajas
más en el espacio, eso nos daría un camión con
dimensiones 2x2x11 cajas, eso es un total de 44 cajas que
caben en el camión.
Para implementar un WMS, sabiendo
que el inventario se mantiene de
forma manual por paquetes dentro de
cada caja (24 paquetes por caja). A la
hora de hacer la recepción de la
mercancía, necesitaremos un ASN u
Orden de compra, el cual nos dará los
detalles del producto que se está
recibiendo (Nombre, código de
articulo, dimensiones, etc.). Además,
como estamos haciendo la recepción
por paquetes dentro de cada caja,
debemos detallar dentro de la
información del producto, que este se
está contabilizando por paquetes y se
calcula la cantidad de paquetes que se
están recibiendo. Se le asigna un
código de barra o LPN de entrada que
nos guardará la información del
producto, nombre, cantidad que se
recibió y la ubicación de recepción o
almacenamiento (la cual está dada
también por un código de barra).
Si recibo semanalmente 5 camiones, al mes estaría recibiendo 21,120 paquetes.

4 semanas por mes
Total=24x44x5x4=21,120 paquetes.
