Corporaciones financieras ¿ Qué son?

Son aquellas instituciones que tienen por función principal la captación de

recursos a término, a través de depósitos o de instrumentos de deuda a
plazo, con el fin de realizar operaciones activas de crédito y efectuar
inversiones, con el objeto primordial de fomentar o promover la creación,
reorganización, fusión, transformación y expansión de empresas en los
sectores que establezcan las normas que regulan su actividad.

de recursos y la asignación de capital para promover la creación,
reorganización, fusión, transformación y expansión de cualquier tipo de
empresas, como también para participar en su capital, promover la
participación de terceros, otorgarles financiación y ofrecerles servicios
financieros especializados que contribuyan a su desarrollo.
