• Procedimiento:

• Realizar 3 mediciones en un aréa inferior a 1

pulgada cuadrada.

• Promediar estos 3 datos hay que tener en

cuenta que ninguna medición debe ser inferior
al 80% del espesor especificado.

• Si el área es menor a 9.2 m2 tomar 5 muestreos.

• Si el área esta entre 9.2 m2 y 27.6 m2 medir cada 9.2 m2

de acuerdo al numeral anterior.

• Areas hasta 92 m2 escoger tres zonas de acuerdo al

primer numeral.

• Si es mayor a 92 m2: los primeros 92 m2 como el numeral

anterior, por cada 92 m2 tomar según el primer numeral.

• Realizar una cuadricula de 25 partes a 2 mm de

• Realizar un corte en x con un angulo entre 30 y 45

grados.

• Aplicar la cinta y dejarla entre 1 y 2 minutos

• Levantar la cinta fuertemente.

despego el cuadrado correspondiente a la x hasta 5a
que equivale a un comportamiento optimo.

PRUEBA DE ADHERENCIA POR TENSION

• Norma astm d4541.

• Criterios.
• Se debe tener en cuenta tanto la presión de ruptura
de la pelicula como la cantidad de recubrimientos
despegados en el dado.
• La presion de ruptura esta de acuerdo a los
sistemas aplicados y a la preparación de superficie
hecha.

PRUEBA DE ADHERENCIA POR TENSION

• Procedimiento según norma astm d4541.

• Criterios.(Según norma ntc 3951)

• Si la preparacion de superficie es a grado comercial y
la pintura es base amida la tension minima es: 710 psi
• Si la preparacion de superficie es a grado comercial y
la pintura es base amina la tension minima es: 400 psi
• Si es poliuretano sobre pinturas aminas o amidas la
tension minima es: 280 psi

• Temperatura de chapa:
• Debe ser superior minimo en 3°c a la temperatura decrocio.

• Temperatura ambiental:
• La reaccion de una pintura epoxica se detiene a menos de
4°c.

• Humedad relativa.
• Se mide mediante higrometros, ninguna pintura epoxica o
base solvente debe ser aplicada si la humedad relativa es
superior al 85%

DETECCION DE DISCONTINUIDADES

• Detectores bajo voltaje
