En Gaceta Oficial N 39.

819, de fecha 13 de diciembre de 2011, fue publicada la Providencia N 019 de la Superintendencia Nacional de Costos y Precios Justos mediante la cual se resuelve extender hasta el 30 de diciembre de 2011 el lapso para que los sujetos de aplicacin del Decreto con Rango, Fuerza y Valor de Ley de Costos y Precios Justos que produzcan, importen, transformen, distribuyan y/o comercialicen los productos finales sealados en el artculo 2 de la Providencia Administrativa N 007, de fecha 22 de noviembre de 2011, efecten su inscripcin ante el Registro Nacional de Precios de Bienes y Servicios, el cual inicialmente estaba previsto que culminara en fecha 7 de diciembre de 2011. Asimismo, los sujetos de aplicacin sealados en la referida Providencia Administrativa debern notificar a travs del Sistema Automatizado de Administracin de Precios, los precios de venta y costos unitarios de los productos a los cuales hace referencia el artculo 2, y que fueren determinados con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del Decreto con Rango, Valor y Fuerza de Ley de Costos y Precios Justos. La Providencia N 019 entr en vigencia el 13 de diciembre de 2011.

Order No.019 of the Office of the National Fair Costs and Prices Superintendent was published in Official Gazette No.39.819, of December 13, 2011. Such Order provides for an extension up to December 30, 2011 to individuals and corporations subject to the Decree with Rank, Value and Force of Law of Fair Costs and Prices engaged in the production, import, transformation, distribution and/or commercialization of the finished products indicated in Article 2 of Administrative Order No.007, of November 22, 2011, for completing their registration with the National Prices Registry for Goods and Services, which was initially set for December 7, 2011. In addition, individuals and corporations subject to the Administrative Order referred hereto shall notify through the Automated System for Price Administration the prices of the products mentioned in Article 2 that had been set prior to the entry into force of the Decree with Rank, Value and Force of Law of Fair Costs and Prices. Order No.019 came in to effect December 13, 2011.
