productividad y la responsabilidad de los colaboradores.

2. Crear un calendario de fases
En esta fase, los profesionales que participan en cada hito colaboran entre sí para planificar cómo completarán su trabajo
en el tiempo establecido. Para ello, los equipos pueden emplear el método de planificación de extracción. Este consiste en
planificar la operación a contratiempo desde la fecha límite del hito. De esta manera, pueden asegurarse de completar
todas sus actividades antes de iniciar una nueva fase.

3. Planificar de manera anticipada

Es la base central del Last Planner System. En esta etapa, el equipo identifica las limitaciones que podrían surgir durante la
ejecución del proyecto. Para ello, se verifica el programa durante varias semanas para preparar el óptimo desarrollo de la
operación. Así, a medida que los defectos se van detectando, se asigna un profesional que esté a cargo de resolver el
problema en una fecha determinada.

4. Realizar registros semanales

Esta fase se realiza durante toda la ejecución del proyecto. Como su nombre lo indica, consiste en evaluar el programa de
forma semanal. Esto permite tener una mejor gestión de los procesos operativos y la fuerza laboral. Es importante recordar
que si los horarios no se cumplen en el plazo determinado, repercutirá de forma negativa para la constructora.
