TERM II EXAM WEEK

Monday August 28th 2023,

Dear Oxford Family,

The end of the term is fast approaching and Term Exams will be commencing from Monday 4th
September to Thursday 7th September (please check class exam schedule, as there are
variations across year groups). Exam schedules for each class will be shared by the homeroom
teacher.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your school account status is up to date by Wednesday 30th August.
If you need any further information regarding the status of the account, please contact an agent
from the collections department.

For exam week, entrance and departure routines will be adjusted as follows:

Primary 11:10 am 10:50 am
Middle and Highschool 12:45 pm 12:30 pm

PARENT CONSULTATIONS

On Friday 8th September, we invite all parents to visit their child’s respective homeroom teachers
to have the opportunity to receive personalised feedback.

Please separate time in advance by accessing the Parent Consultation communication under
CLASS NEWSLETTER and click on the link to book an appointment. Parent consultations will be
taking place in school.

Estimada Familia Oxford,

Se acerca rápidamente el fin de trimestre y también las evaluaciones trimestrales estarán

desarrollándose lunes 4 de septiembre al jueves 7 de septiembre (favor revisar el horario de
exámenes, ya que variará en cada grado). Los horarios de exámenes para cada grupo será
compartido por el maestro consejero.

IMPORTANTE: Por favor confirmar que su estado de cuenta se encuentre al día para el miércoles
30 de agosto. Si necesita información adicional sobre el estado de la cuenta, favor contactar a un
agente de Cobros.

CONSULTAS DE PADRES

El viernes 8 de septiembre invitamos a todos los padres de familia a visitar a su respectivo

docente consejero para tener la oportunidad de recibir una retroalimentación personalizada del
progreso académico de su hijo/a.

Por favor separe su tiempo con anticipación accediendo al comunicado de “Parent Consultation”
en la sección de CLASS NEWSLETTER y seleccione el link para reservar su cita. Las consultas de
padres serán desarrolladas presencialmente en el colegio.
