2. DEL INICIO DE OBRA

En el A.H. los Algarrobos del Distrito de Piura - Provincia de Piura –

Departamento de Piura, siendo las 8:00 a.m. del día 14 de julio del 2023, en el
lugar donde se ejecutará la Obra: “MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE
EDUCACIÓN INICIAL EN LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA INICIAL N° 010 DEL
A.H. LOS ALGARROBOS, DISTRITO DE PIURA, PROVINCIA DE PIURA,
DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA”, CON CODIGO ÚNICO DE INVERSIÓN N°
2341867; se reunieron el Ing. Residente de la Obra ING. JUAN ALFONSO
SANCHEZ ANCAJIMA CIP N° 142335 y el Ing. Inspector de la Obra ING.
BILLY DIAZ LLONTOP CIP N° 25356; para dar INICIO DEL PLAZO
CONTRACTUAL DE EJECUCIÓN DE OBRA, al cumplirse el día de ayer
jueves 13 de julio del 2023 todas las condiciones establecidas en el artículo N°
176 del Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado del D.S. N° 344-
2018-EF y su modificatorias.

Estando de acuerdo las partes se establece como fecha de Inicio el 14-

07-2023 y como fecha de culminación 09-03-2024; los presentes firman la
presente acta en señal de conformidad.
