ANÁLISIS SENTENCIAS SOBRE NATURALEZA JURÍDICA DE LOS NATARIOS
SE RESOLVERAN LOS SIGUIENTES ASPECTOS:
1. EXPLICAR LA TESISI DE LA HONORABLE CORTE CONSTITUCIONAL SOBRE LA
NATURALEZA DE LA FUNCIÓN NOTARIAL EN COLOMBIA. 2. INDICAR CUÁLES SON LAS TESIS QUE SE EXPONEN EN LAS SENTENCIAS SOBRE LA NATURALEZA JURÍDICA DEL CARGO DEL NOTARIO COLOMBIANO. 3. SEGÚN LAS SENTENCIAS ANALIZADAS, DEFINIR SI LA FUNCIÓN NOTARIAL EN COLOMBIA ES UN SERVICIO PÚBLICO O UNA FUNCIÓN PÚBLICA. 4. EXPLICAR SI EL SERVICIO PÚBLICO NOTARIAL ES UN SERVICIO ESENCIAL DEL ESTADO? 5. SEGÚN LAS SENTENCIAS LEÍDAS, CUÁLES SON LOS PRINCIPIOS GENERALES DE LA FUNCIÓN NOTARIAL EN COLOMBIA. 6. EXPLICAR LAS RAZONES SOBRE LA INCOMPATIBILIDAD DE LA FUNCIÓN NOTARIAL CON EL EJERCICIO DE JURISDICCIÓN.
