El juez tiene autoridad de aplicar el derecho, y juzgar, sentenciar a un imputado, según las
pruebas o evidencias que se presenten en el juicio.

-Being Peruvian by birth

-Have the full exercise of citizenship and civil rights

-Have a law degree issued or revalidated in accordance with the law, as well as being
skilled in the professional practice

-Do not present mental, physical or sensory disability, duly accredited, so that it can
fulfill its functions

-Not having been dismissed by disciplinary measure of the Judiciary and Public
Ministry
Para poder ser juez debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: 
-Ser peruano de nacimiento 
-Tener el pleno ejercicio de la ciudadanía y los derechos civiles 
-Tener título de abogado expedido o revalidado conforme la ley, así como
encontrarse hábil en el ejercicio profesional 
-No presentar discapacidad mental, física o sensorial, debidamente
acreditada,para que pueda cumplir con sus funciones
-No haber sido destituido por medida disciplinaria del Poder Judicial y
Ministerio Público

El Juez debe resolver conforme a los elementos que le brinda el Derecho. Es
