Este repuesto sirve para sustituir el cristal de la puerta con ascensor transparente. This spare part is intended for replacing the door
glass with transparent elevator.

• 2310051- LAPIZ MONODOSIS 0,66ml IMPRIMACION AP111

Puesto que es para sustituir un cristal roto es obligatorio el uso de guantes durante todo el proceso. Se recomienda la utilización de
algún recipiente para recoger todos los trozos de cristal. Since the manual is to replace a broken glass, it is compulsory use gloves
throughout the process. It is recommended to use a container to collect all the pieces of glass.

Sera necesario un cúter o similar para retirar el cristal roto de la Puerta. It is necessary to have a cutter or similar to remove the
broken glass.

PASOS A REALIZAR. STEPS.

1º. Soltar los (31) tornillos de las 4 partes del marco del cristal, cuidado tiene tornillos detrás de la goma. Unscrew the (31)
screws of 4 part of glass frame, attention there are screws behind the rubber.

2º. Quitar las 4 chapas teniendo cuidado con los aislantes del marco de la puerta. Remove the 4 metal sheets, be carefully
with the door frame isolates.

 3º. Retirar el cristal roto de la puerta, solo tiene una tira adhesiva. Remove the door glass broken, there is only an adhesive

4º. Para realizar la labor más fácilmente introduzca un cúter o elemento plano entre la puerta y el cristal, por donde se
recoge el producto, ir soltando poco a poco la tira adhesiva. To do easier the process insert a cutter o similar flat element
between the front door and the glass, where the product is collected and peel off the adhesive strip.

5º. Cuando la superficie de la puerta está completamente limpia aplicaremos el limpiador + imprimación AP-111. Tenemos
que presionar en el punto negro para que el producto se pueda aplicar. When the door surface is completely clean, apply
the cleaner+promoter AP-111. Must press in the point black to the product can be applied.

6º. El cristal se tiene que instalar con la cinta adhesiva hacia la puerta y con la cinta en la parte baja del cristal, la cara que
lleva espuma en el lado largo debe quedar hacia el interior de la máquina. The glass must install with the adhesive strip
towards the door and with it in lower part of glass, the face it has foam over the long side must keep towards inside the
machine.

7º. El nuevo cristal tiene ya adherida una de las 2 caras de la cinta adhesiva, coloque el cristal en su sitio y presione
fuertemente la chapa y el cristal durante 5 minutos hasta que el adhesive cambie de color a blanco. The new glass has a

 8º. Vuelva a atornillar las 4 chapas del marco, teniendo cuidado de reutilizar los agujeros realizados ya en la goma y que esta
quede en su sitio correctamente. Screw the 4 parts of glass frame, take care to re-use the same holes made in the rubber
and that it is in his correct place.
