INTRODUCCIN

A continuacin se desarrollara una actividad prctica, de la materia Herramientas Telemticas, donde tendremos la oportunidad de apreciar, en primer lugar un test de , velocidad de conexin a internet y a conocer los resultados obtenidos para establecer diferencias, conceptos y determinar su utilidad, en este caso concreto haremos uso de www.speedtest.net. En segundo lugar se presenta un ejercicio, de ubicacin geogrfica de nuestra conexin a internet y de otros dominios que nosotros, como estudiantes usamos de manera frecuente, para lo cual anexaremos al documento el mapa correspondiente, usaremos la herramienta www.adslayuda.com/geolocalizacion.html www.adslayuda.com/geolocalizacion.html. En tercer lugar efectuaremos otro test, esta vez orientado a conocer alguna informacin precisa a cerca de los Dominios o Direcciones IP de las empresas o personas registradas en internet, para lo cual utilizaremos la direccin electrnica htpp://network, tools.com.

Valor del ping: Es una utilidad diagnstica en redes de computadoras, que comprueba el estado de conexin del Host local, con uno o varios equipos remotos de una red TCP/IP, por medio del envo de paquetes ICMP de solicitud y de respuesta. Mediante esta utilidad puede diagnosticarse el estado, velocidad y cali calidad de una red determinada. Velocidad de bajada: Sirve para identificar la rapidez con la que se bajan toda clase de archivos de internet (documentos, programas, msica, etc.).

Velocidad de subida: Nos permite apreciar la celeridad con la que se suben archivos a internet, regularmente las entidades prestadoras del servicio ivos asignan menor velocidad a esta, con respecto a la de bajada. Direccin IP: Nos muestra el cdigo asignado en la red para la identificacin de nuestra computadora computadora. Nombre del proveedor: Conocido tambin como ISP, son las compaas que ofrecen sus servicios para la conexin de usuarios a internet y su respectivo soporte.

Considero particularmente, que en el desarrollo de esta actividad, tuve la oportunidad de adquirir nuevos conocimientos y vislumbrar su aplicacin en la vida diaria como es el diaria, caso de la suscripcin al servicio de internet, donde en el contrato, la compaa prestadora del servicio y el usuario pactan unas condiciones, como la velocidad y el tipo de conexin, y ahora estoy en la capacidad de hacer una valoracin independiente de n, estos aspectos, con el uso de las herramientas recomendadas para este efecto por parte del seor tutor de la materia; tambin apropiarme de conceptos como lo son la velocidad el de bajada y de subida. Referente al tema de la ubicacin geogrfica, se puede conocer cul es la ciudad, la regin y el pas donde se encuentra registr registrada un Dominio o una direccin IP IP. En cuanto al tema acerca de la ejecucin de comandos comunes sobre dominios y direcciones IP, se puede conocer y recopilar importante informacin respecto a los propietarios de los dominios y direcciones IP, los estados de las cuentas, direcciones de contacto como: direcciones fsicas, telfonos y correos electrnicos.
