The Mr. velasquez is going on a trip to France this summer. planned the trip a year ago
with a travel agent.
Before the trip: The Travel Agent calls Mr. Velasquez to confirm the trip.

Travel Agent: Good afternoon Mr. Velasquez, I have to confirm your trip to Disney World
France for March 5, 2023 with all the package included for the development of the trip.

Passenger: Thank you very much for the confirmation and planning of the trip, Mr. Agent.

CHECK IN
Agent: Hello, may I see your tickets and passport please?

Passenger: Sure, This is my ticket and my passport.

Agent: Perfect, Do you have any luggage that you need to check in?

Passenger: Yes, I have a suitcase and a carry-on bag.

Agent: good. Please put your suitcase on the scale, remember that the maximum weight for
a suitcase is 18 kg.

Passenger: What happens if it is overweighed?

Agent: If the suitcase is overweight you must pay an extra fee. Luckily your suitcase weights
17 kg.

Passenger: Thank you.

Agent: What seat do you prefer? Next to the aisle or to the window?

Passenger: Next to the aisle please, I am not a really big fan of highs.

Agent: it´s done, your seat is C23, the departure gate is 12 in terminal 2

Passenger: And how do I know if there is a delay in my flight?

Agent: You can always check the status of your flight in the information desk or on the
screen, your flight number is AE345 and your departure time is at 3:00 pm.

Passenger: Thank you so much.

Agent: You’re welcome and have a good flight!

CONTROL DE SEGURIDAD
Airport Officer: Can I see your ticket and passport please?

Oficial del Aeropuerto: ¿Puedo ver su billete y su pasaporte por favor?

Passenger: Sure, here is my ticket and passport.

Airport Officer: Do you have any liquid like water or alcohol inside your bag?

Passenger: No sir.

Airport Officer: Ok, any metal or electronic device inside you carry on bag?

Passenger: I have an iPad and a portable charger.

Airport Officer: Please put them outside the bag in this tray and walk through the metal
scanner.

The scanner starts to sound.

Airport Officer: Do you have any metal with you?

Passenger: Oh yeah, I forgot to leave my mobile phone in the tray.

Airport Officer: Try again, please-The metal scanner doesn’t make any sound – good, you
can take your belongings and continue.

Passenger: Thank you.

Stewardess on the speaker: All the passengers of the flight AE345 to France we are going to
start the boarding.
