Resultados
De un total de XXXX pacientes con pancreatitis aguda registrada en el periodo de estudio,
incluimos a XXXX pacientes, de los cuales se excluyeron XXXX por presentar datos
incompletos en las variables de NLR y XXXX en la variable de desenlace fatal y XXXX por
tener datos incompletos en las variables confusoras. De esta forma evaluamos a 108 pacientes
mayores de 18 años con pancreatitis aguda.
Características de la muestra
El 59.3% (n=64) tenían entre 30 a 59 años y el 50.0% (n=54) era varones. Además, el 88.0%
(n=95) tenían el antecedente de consumo de alcohol, el 64.8% (n=70) no presentaba alguna
comorbilidad. La etiología biliar de la pancreatitis aguda fue la más predominante (73.1%)
(Tabla 1).
