para la percepción y comprensión del público invidente de un museo. [Trabajo del Periodo de
Investigación del Doctorado, presentado en la Facultad de Bellas Artes de Sevilla]. 361p.
Este trabajo es una investigación acerca de las estrategias de interpretación del Arte Plástico,
dirigidas tanto a la percepción sensorial como a la compresión intelectual de las personas con
ceguera o deficiencia visual. Gracias a esta indagación se creará una metodología
interpretativa cuyas pautas servirán de orientación a la hora de diseñar y ejecutar una actividad
expositiva artística inclusiva. Y defiende la importancia de comunicar y permitir el acceso
integral a las manifestaciones del arte plástico a un público cuya discapacidad visual le impide
acercarse al arte de la manera tradicional, para que puedan disfrutar como cualquier persona
de los valores estéticos, intelectuales, emocionales y socioculturales del arte de cualquier
época.

Doctoral Investigation Period, submitted to the Fine Arts Departament of the Seville University].
361 p.
This is a research project about Visual Arts interpretation strategies, directed as much to the
sensorial perception as to the intellectual compression of blind or visually impaired people.
Thanks to this research, there can be created an interpretative methodology, the guidelines of
which provide direction for designing and executing an inclusive artistic exhibition. The project
defends the importance of communicating and allowing an integral access to the Visual Arts to
a public whose visual disability doesn´t allow them to have contact with art through the
traditional way, so they can enjoy like any person, of the aesthetic, intellectual, emotional, and
sociocultural values of anytype of Visual Art.
