La responsabilidad es del Municipio de Guayaquil:

Nosotros pagamos en las planillas de los servicios básicos una cuota para que el municipio se
encargue de mantener las calles de Guayaquil en buen estado.

También es responsabilidad del municipio mantener el alcantarillado funcional, ellos tambien nos
cobran por mantenimiento del alcantarillado.

Cuando el alcantarillado se daña se aculula el agua residual y esto hace que la basura se acumule
tambien.

El municipio tiene que crear un mecamismo para lograr mantener las calles de Guayaquil limpias,
como la implementacion de mas basureros en cada manzana.

Hace falta un alcantarillado funcional y basureros en todo Guayaquil, esto causa que la basura y las
enfermedades aumenten en la ciudad.

Es necesario que el musicio impulse una cultura de resiclaje, de esta forma existira menos basura y
menos contaminacion.

Hay que tomar en cuenta todo el dinero que el municipio cobra a los ciudadanos guayaquileños,
una parte de ese dinero deberia estar invertido en mantener las calles limpias, atravez de medidas
correctivas.
