in
(en, dentro de)

La ventana está en (dentro de) la pared

at
(a, en, en un punto determinado)

to arrive
En general usamos la preposición at con el verbo To arrive (llegar). Sin
embargo, cuando llegamos a ciudades se utiliza la preposición in. Por
ejemplo, I arrive in Rome.
I arrive at school early
Llego al colegio temprano
Nunca: I arrive to school early
