上午我们去商店买东西。 In the morning we went to do some shopping.

Shàngwǔ wǒmen qù shāngdiàn mǎi dōngxi. Por la mañana fuimos a comprar.

家⾥没有菜了， At home we had no vegetables left

Jiā lǐ méi yǒu cài le, En casa no quedaba verdura

我们买了⼀些菜。 so we bought some vegetables.
