1.3.1 Numbers and frations.

Como se pronuncian las fracciones en ingles

 Un medio -1/2 – a half

 Un tercio – 1/3 – a third or one third
 Un cuarto – 1/4 – a quarter or one quarter
 Un quinto – 1/5 – a fifth or one fifth
Ejemplo:
-Dos quintos – 2/5 – two fifths
-Tres quintos – 3/5 – three fifths
-X quintos – x/5 – x fifths
 Un sexto -1/6 – a sixth or one sixth
 Un séptimo – 1/7 – a seventh or one seventh
 Un octavo – 1/8 – an eighth or one eighth
 Un noveno – 1/9 – a ninth or one ninth
 Un décimo – 1/10 – a tenth or one tenth
 Un onceavo – 1/11 – an eleventh or one eleventh (cuando empieza la siguiente palabra por vocal se pone “an” en vez de “a”)
 Un doceavo – 1/12 – a twelfth or one twelfth
  Un treceavo – 1/13 – a thirteenth 
 Un catorceavo – 1/14 – a fourteenth
 Un quinceavo – 1/15 – a fifteenth

 Con el 30 (en inglés es thirty, luego un treintavo sería one thirtieth):
