This price does not include any cosmetic repairs, painting, caulking, mortar repair,
door adjustments, framing adjustments, unless specified in special provisions. All
material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above work to be performed in
accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and
completed in a substantials workmanlike manner.
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be
executed only upon written order, and will become an extra charge over and above
the contract.
NOTE: this contract may be with drawn by the contractor if not accepted within 14
days.
The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby
accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified.

Este precio no incluye reparaciones cosméticas, pintura, recubierto, ajustes de
