TASK: Read the following business letter to your teacher. Pay close attention to
the general vocabulary and the specific vocabulary in the letter.

Dear Ms Scott,
At the moment we do not have an opening in the Moncton Area, but we do need a field
representative who is based in Fredericton, and who can cover the southern part of the
province. If you wish to be considered for this position, please submit your CV with
a covering letter mentioning "competition AB-1357 �?? Field Representative
(Southern Region)".

As it happens, I will be attending a conference in Moncton next month. I would be
delighted to meet with you while I am in town to tell you more about the job that is
available.
When you submit your revised covering letter and application, please let me
know whether you would be free to meet me at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, 16th or Thursday
17th June.
