RTA Porque es una empresa que tiene un bue prestigio maneja una excelente metodología
de trabajo, por otra parte he desempeñado un puesto similar, tengo experiencia me gusta el
puesto, y pienso de puedo aportar mucho a la empresa con mi conocimiento adquirido
además tengo muchas ganas de poder intercambiar diferentes puntos de vista con el equipo.

 ¿Cuál es su mayor habilidad? ...

RTA creo q mi mayor habilidad es saber escuchar entender la comunicación desde el punto
de vista del que habla

 ¿Estas al pendiente de tu correo electrónico en vacaciones?

RTA si estoy pendiente de mi correo electrónico ya que soy una persona comprometida
con mi trabajo y si se trata de una emergencia puedo ayudar a solucionarlo
 ¿Cuáles son tus debilidades?
RTA el trabajo bajo presión ha sido una debilidad, pero poco a poco he implementado
técnicas que me han ayudado mucho como organizar priorizar concéntrame en los asuntos
importantes y saber delegar.

 ¿Qué no te gusto de tu otro trabajo? 

RTA La ausencia de posibilidades de ascender. Me gustaría adquirir más responsabilidades,
desempeñar mi trabajo con más compromiso, mejorar junto con la empresa, y no encuentro
esa posibilidad en mi actual puesto”

 ¿Te gusta trabajar con gente o prefieres trabajar solo?

RTA Me adapto bastante bien a cualquier situación. A lo largo de mi carrera he tenido que
trabajar codo con codo con grandes equipos de trabajo, pero también liderar un
departamento en el que estaba yo solo/a en la oficina. Sean cuales sean las necesidades de
la empresa, estoy capacitado para trabajar por mi cuenta o en compañía.

• Why would you like to work in this company? ...

RTA Because it is a company that has a good reputation, handles an excellent work
methodology, on the other hand, I have held a similar position, I have experience, I like the
position, and I think I can contribute a lot to the company with my acquired knowledge, and
I also really want to be able to exchange different points of view with the team.

• What is your greatest skill? ...

RTA I think my greatest skill is knowing how to listen to understand communication from
the point of view of the speaker

• Are you on the lookout for your email on vacation?

RTA if I am pending my email since I am a person committed to my work and if it is an

emergency I can help solve it
• What are your weaknesses?
RTA working under pressure has been a weakness, but little by little I have implemented
techniques that have helped me a lot, such as organizing prioritizing, focusing on important
issues and knowing how to delegate.

• What did you not like about your other job?

RTA The absence of possibilities to ascend. I would like to acquire more responsibilities,
carry out my work with more commitment, improve together with the company, and I do
not find that possibility in my current position”

• Do you like working with people or do you prefer to work alone?

RTA I adapt well enough to any situation. Throughout my career I have had to work
closely with large work teams, but also lead a department where I was alone in the office.
Whatever the needs of the company, I am able to work on my own or in company.
