La asistencia es obligatoria al 100% de los talleres de entrenamiento, que ocupan 16

1.10. Objetivos del curso / Course objectives

El objetivo principal: en esta asignatura es conseguir que el alumno adquiera una

serie de conocimientos que pueda aplicar a lo largo de su ejercicio profesional para
la mejora de la relación medico paciente. También se dan instrucciones precisas para
mejorar las relaciones dentro del equipo médico y por ultimo comunicación con el
resto de los medios.

Objetivo general: mejorar la comunicación tanto en calidad como en calidez en las

complejas situaciones de comunicación que se dan en el ejercicio de la medicina.

Objetivos específicos:

1. Adquirir capacidad de mejora en la empatía.

2. Adquirir habilidades en escucha activa.
3. Adquirir facilidad para la toma de decisiones en intervención en crisis.
4. Adquirir conciencia de la situación emocional del terapeuta y manejo de estos
momentos.

Competencias propias de la asignatura:

La competencia principal de esta asignatura consiste en que los alumnos a través de

psicodrama y roll play queden capacitados para afrontar situaciones terapéuticas
complejas.

The principal aim in this subject is to achieve that the pupil acquires a series of
knowledge that patient doctor could apply along his professional exercise for the
improvement of the relation. Also they give themselves precise instructions to
improve the relations inside the medical equipment and finally communication with
the rest of the means.

General aim: to improve the communication both in quality and in warmth in the
complex situations of communication that are given in the exercise of the medicine.

Specific aims:

1. To acquire capacity of improvement in the empathy.

2. To acquire skills in active scout.
3. To acquire facility for the capture of decisions in intervention in crisis.
4. To acquire conscience of the emotional situation of the therapist and managing of
these moments.

Powers of the subject:

The main competition of this course is for students throughpsychodrama

and roll play are trained to deal with complextherapeutic situations.

1.- Comunicación e intervención en crisis: descripción y manejo de estas situaciones.
2.- Comunicación y estrés: regulación emocional del terapeuta.
3.- Medicina y Marco cultural. Ampliar conocimientos transculturales en el ámbito
medico.
4.- Comunicación y relaciones interpersonales. Trabajo en equipo, responsabilidad
social y liderazgo
5.- Comunicación de malas noticias: verdad soportable.
6.- Experiencia limite: trasformar los retos profesionales en oportunidades.
7.- Ver el mundo a través de los ojos del paciente: empatizar, entrar en su sistema
referencial y en sus valores y creencias.

2. Métodos docentes / Teaching methodology

Dinámica Docente

1. Clases teóricas: El profesor expondrá la argumentación teórica de cada uno de los

temas. En las clases se utilizarán cuando proceda, algún material audiovisual
(presentaciones, transparencias...).

2. Talleres: planteamiento y resolución a través de juego de roles supervisados por el

profesor de situaciones clínicas complejas, en las que se desarrollan las habilidades
entrenadas durante el aprendizaje de la asignatura.

Evaluación de las habilidades adquiridas: Demostración del conocimiento de la

práctica guiando el propio alumno los ejercicios en grupos pequeños de otros
alumnos supervisados por la profesora.

3. Tutorías programadas: sesiones en grupos pequeños para seguimiento y evaluación

del progreso del aprendizaje.

4. Estudio personal: aprendizaje autónomo académicamente dirigido por el profesor.

Teaching dynamics

1. Lectures: The teacher will present the theoretical argument of each of the
issues. The classes will be used where appropriate,any audiovisual
material (presentations, slides ...).

2. Workshops: proposal and resolution through role playsupervised by the professor

of clinical situations in which they develop the skills trained during the learning of
the subject.

4. Métodos de evaluación y porcentaje en la

calificación final / Evaluation procedures and

La evaluación se realizara en base a la asistencia y participación del alumno en el

curso. Se considerará tanto la participación durante las clases/talleres como la
participación en la elaboración de trabajos.

Calificación: 50 % examen basado en la adquisición de competencias.

Considerando todo lo anterior como un método de evaluación continúa.
