OBJETIVO DE APRENDIZAJE: reconocer y emplear el pasado simple

GUIA PARA EL ESTUDIANTE:

Estimado estudiante para desarrollar el taller debe tener en cuenta los siguientes pasos:
El tiempo estipulado para el desarrollo del taller es de 2 semanas a partir de la fecha de envío. Dicha fecha se encuentra en
el encabezado. Puede enviarlo antes de la fecha propuesta si así lo desea. En caso de no poder cumplir en la fecha por favor
comunicarme con anticipación. La nota estará relacionada además de la parte académica con el cumplimiento y
responsabilidad al entregar. Disponga de un horario para ir avanzando en el desarrollo del taller así puede realizar actividades
tanto académicas como familiares. El taller puede ser enviado por correo o por la plataforma CSM Educativo de las
siguientes maneras:
a. Fotos legibles del cuaderno o de la hoja donde desarrolle el taller con letra clara y orden en un archivo pdf
marcado con su nombre e identificando el taller entregado
b. Si maneja las herramientas Word o pdf en un archivo del programa marcado con el nombre e identificando el
taller entregado.
Estaré disponible para responder a sus dudas en el grupo de WhatsApp creado para el grado, por mi WhatsApp interno
o al correo de 1:00 p.m a 7:00 p.m. de lunes a viernes teniendo en cuenta la disponibilidad y en las asesorías virtuales en
el horario destinado para su grado. Se intentará contestar en el menor tiempo posible ya que tengo horario asignado
para otros grados. El fraude o copia en el taller se anulará y la nota será 1.0

GRAMMAR BOX

El "simple past" se utiliza para hablar de una acción que concluyó en un tiempo anterior al actual. La
duración no es relevante. El tiempo en que se sitúa la acción puede ser el pasado reciente o un pasado
. lejano.
Ejemplos John went to America in 1810. (John fue a America en 1801) My grandfather visited the zoo
last year.( Mi abuelo visitó el zoológico el año pasado) He lived in Bogotá in 1976.(El vivió en Bogotá
en 1976) We played soccer yesterday.(nosotros jugamos futbol ayer)
Siempre se utiliza el "simple past" para referirse a cuándo ocurrió algo, de modo que va asociado a
ciertas expresiones temporales que indican frecuencia: often, sometimes, always

Jerald loved third grade. He had the best time each day in Mrs. Harold's room. First, they did reading each
morning. Jerald loved that class. They read great stories out of their reading books. Some of them were plays
and they all took turns acting out the story. They could work in their workbooks. That was fun, too. But, there
was one big problem in third grade. They had to MULTIPLY in math!
Jerald did not want to spend time each day studying the multiplication facts. They said the multiplication facts
in class. His parents called out multiplication facts at home. This was NO fun for Jerald. He liked to add and
subtract. He just hated learning the multiplication facts. Then, one morning Mrs. Harold came into the
classroom. She was holding a tape recorder, microphone, and a headset. She told Jerald he was in charge of
the lesson that day. Everyone was going to be recording the multiplication facts. Jerald loved this! It was just
like being a star holding that microphone. He held it out so everyone could be heard. Mrs. Harold told Jerald to
make sure he told the class to go home and study because they would record the lesson again the next day.
Jerald went home and learned each and every fact. He wanted to make sure he could answer each one the
next day. Multiplication was great Fun!
