1 lata de leche condensada
1 cucharada de vainilla
1 barra de queso crema
Media crema

Good afternoon, my name is Rosmari Ontiveros and welcome to fresh delish where you will taste a delicious flan. I will
also tell you how to prepare it:
First these are the ingredients you use:
• 5 eggs.
• 1 spoon of vanilla.
• Half cream.
• 1/5 of rum.
• 1 cup of sugar.
• 2 tablespoons of water.
• 1 tablespoon of lemon.
• 1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F and I had the mold I would use for the water bath.
• 2. Place the caramel sugar in a pan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of water and 1 teaspoon of lemon until it melts
homogeneously.
• 4. I poured it into the mold I would use. I spread the candy through the mold until it covered the walls of the mold and
let it cool.
• 5. Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, rum, half cream, and cream cheese.
• 6. Cole and I poured the mixture into the mold that I had previously caramelized.
• 8. Verify that you were ready using a fine knife. If it comes out clean it means that it is ready.
• 9. I took it out of the oven and put it on a wire rack. Let it cool to room temperature until it was completely cold
The dish was prepared on Friday for Saturday to taste. This dish is priced at 2 dollars.
