Procedures
Forming a line: Use the list for lining up. Remind student helper to close the
door. If you want to lock it, you will need to do that, and they can just shut the
door.
Bathroom: Encourage students to use the bathroom during all breaks. When a
student asks to go, they take a bathroom pass and leave. Send only one student
at a time.
Sick or not feeling well: Take child’s temperature. Assess the situation. Send the
child to the office with a green Campus Pass.
Student Helpers - Jobs: They are on the wall, Los trabajos escolares.
8:00-8:15 Meet students by the door as they are arriving. Students must have
their mask on and disinfect their hands. Students will turn in their homework
and take out their “Calendario diario” to write today’s date and other important
things.
1) 8:15- Attendance in the classroom- Call Sandi Wagner or Kim Bitalo.
Let the office know who is absent or tell her that all students are present if no
one is absent.

4) 9:50-10:05 Recess Outside playground - Rainy day: The kids stay inside to eat
their snack and choose to play with games, read, draw, tablets (10), etc.
La Maestra Camacho 10:10 tu ayudante ayuda hasta las 11:45. Ella recoge y
trae los almuerzos de los niños que compraron. Ella puede calificar, ayudar a
Samantha y asegurar que hace su trabajo.
12:15 Encuentra a los niños que regresan del recreo. Se desinfectan las manos
al entrar el salón y puedes darles toallitas mojadas si lo necesitan.
