recuerda a dátiles y chocolate
JUNIO con leche. Un cuerpo
2020 aterciopelado y un retrogusto
largo y agradable nos acompaña
al final de cada sorbo.

URRAO Urrao, Antioquía, situado al
oriente de Medellín, fue puesta
en el mapa del café de
Altitud: especialidad después de que
Carmen Cecilia Montoya ganase la
1950 MSNM Taza de la Excelencia de 2015.
En los últimos años ha sido la

CATURRA después de que la variedad
CHIROSO caturra tuviese una mutuación
espontánea a la que le han
llamado caturra chiroso. Una
Proceso: variedad muy compleja en taza
con notas afrutadas y florales.

Este lote ha sido despulpado y
fermentado bajo agua por 72
horas con el mucílago. Una vez
pasado este tiempo el café se
lava con agua limpia y se seca
al sol.
