INDICACIONES Y ADVERTENCIAS ESPECIFICAS

1- El Centro latinoamericano de Investigació n y Entrenamiento en

Cirugía de Mínima Invasió n, CLEMI es una fundació n establecida
para la formació n y el entrenamiento quirú rgico de los
profesionales del sector de la salud.
2- El CLEMI no se hace responsable por los accidentes que debido a:
Impericia, Inexperiencia, Desacierto, Intencionalidad manifiesta,
Incapacidad o Desconocimiento de quien manipula un equipo,
dispositivo o instrumento se ocasione o les genere a terceros dentro
del centro.
3- Cualquier objeto que no corresponda a nuestra misió n institucional
debe ser declarado de manera por su portador inmediatamente
ingrese a nuestras instalaciones so pena de restringir su ingreso
temporal o definitivo.
4- Está absolutamente prohibido el ingreso de cualquier tipo de arma
o material explosivo por parte de los participantes a las
instalaciones del centro.
5- Objetos, documentos o cualquier otro elemento dejado en el
interior de los vehículos que ingresen al centro y de los cuales NO
se haya dejado constancia al momento del ingreso no será n
responsabilidad del centro.
6- Los dañ os a los vehículos parqueados en el interior del centro
debido a terremoto, incendio u ocasionados por terceros NO será n
responsabilidad del CLEMI.
7- El CLEMI no se responsabiliza por dañ os a propiedad privada de
cualquiera de los visitantes al centro si son reportados cuando se
hayan retirado de las instalaciones.
8- La custodia de los objetos dejados dentro de los armarios
individuales será ú nica y exclusivamente responsabilidad de quien
posea de manera temporal la llave de acceso a los mismos.
