oraciones con el verbo que está en el paréntesis. Recuerde que debe tener en cuenta
el tiempo presente simple, TRADUCIR CADA UNA DE LAS FRASES.

EJEMPLOS CON EL CONDICIONAL 1.

THE FIRST CONDITIONAL

Este tipo de condicional se usa en situaciones en las que si se cumple una

condición, es probable que se dé un resultado determinado.
 Se usan las oraciones condicionales (primer condicional) para hablar sobre situaciones
o probables resultados en el futuro. EXAMPLE:

If you study hard, you will get good grades. (Si usted estudia mucho, sacarás
buenas calificacione).

THE FIRST CONDITIONAL = El PRIMER CONDICIONAL

1. If I have time, I’ll visit my parents this afternoon.  =  Si tengo tiempo, visitaré a mis
padres esta tard.
2. If we don’t hurry, we’ll miss our bus. = Si no nos apuramos, perderemos el
autobús.
3. If you pay now, you’ll get a discount. = Si pagas ahora, obtendrás un descuento.
4. If my father gets a good job, I will have more money.  =  Si mi papá consigue un
buen empleo, yo tendré más dinero.
5. . If my friend doesn’t study hard, he won’t pass the exam.  =  Si mi amigo no
estudia mucho, no pasará el examen.
6. If you study hard, you will pass your exams./Si estudias bastante, aprobarás tus
exámenes.
7. If we do not protect the panda bears,  they will soon become extinct./Si no
protegemos a los
osos panda, pronto

se extinguirán.

ESTRUCTURA: Las oraciones

que hacen uso del FIRST
CONDITIONAL (primer
condicional) están constituidos “ If + sujeto + present simple, sujeto + future
simple”.

Para la frase del futuro utilizamos mayoritariamente el futuro simple con will, o un
verbo modal: can, might, should, o must.

1ra parte: CLÁUSULA CONDICIONAL, esta es la condición y siempre se utiliza  IF al

iniciar el enunciado: If I have money/Si tengo dinero…..
2da parte: CLÁUSULA PRINCIPAL, esta expresa un resultado o consecuencia: I will
buy a modern cell pone / Compraré un celular moderno. Esta main clause of
cláusula principal siempre va en tiempo con WILL -CAN.

ACTIVITY 4: MAKE THE FIRST CONDITIONAL: ESCRIBA LA FORMA

CORRECTA DEL VERBO, Recuerde que la oración de “IF” el verb ova
en presente simple y la segunda frase con “WILL TRADUCIR CADA
UNA DE LAS FRASES.
