6. INSTRUCTIVO 6. INSTRUCTIONS

Se procederá de la siguiente manera: Will proceed as follow:

a. El Operario de Soldadura revisará su Equipo de
Soldadura, el estado de sus cables de tierra y
conexiones fuente de poder-estructura a soldar.
b. El Operario de Soldadura calibrará la máquina de
soldar en un retazo de plancha de acuerdo a los
parámetros de soldeo que indica el WPS.
c. La regulación de los parámetros deberán ser Voltaje,
Amperaje (salida de Alambre) y Velocidad de avance.
d. El Operario de Soldadura deberá conservar los
materiales de aporte de la soldadura adecuadamente,
el fundente será conservado en hornos a una
temperatura no inferior a 120ºC y el alambre
cubierto para la proteger de la humedad.
e. El Soldador solicitará al Supervisor o al Jefe de Línea
el tamaño de la soldadura que requiere la estructura
a soldarse.
f. El Operario de Soldadura ejecutara el proceso de
Soldadura.
g. Terminado el primer cordón, el Operario de Soldadura
debe revisar los tamaños del cordón y su apariencia
visual, para poder realizar la operación en forma

g. After the first cord, the Welding Operator should
review the cord size and visual appearance in order
to perform the operation on a continuous basis.

h. Terminado la soldadura el Operario de Soldadura debe
limpiar la estructura soldada con cincel u otro medio
conveniente.
i. El fundente empleado se podrá usar nuevamente,
pero se debe tener especial cuidado en la limpieza, la
misma que no este con partículas o materiales
extraños que pudieran afectar las propiedades
mecánicas de la junta soldada.
j. Terminado el Soldador comunicara al Supervisor para
la aprobación de la limpieza del perfil y la entrega al
Inspector de Control de Calidad.
h. Finished welding, the welding operator must clean

foreign materials that may affect the mechanical
properties of the weld.
j. Once the Welder is done, will communicate to the

the release to the Quality Control Inspector.
