TEMA: El Aborto
Aborto espontaneo
Aborto inducido
Spontaneous abortion Spontaneous abortion is one that does not occur intentionally, but because
of a series of complications in the fetus or the mother. It generally occurs during the first 12 weeks
of gestation and does not require any type of surgical intervention, but from week 20 it is called
fetal death. The miscarriage rate is between 15 and 20 percent among those women who know
they are pregnant. Spontaneous abortions are more common than is popularly believed. Almost a
million occur each year in the United States alone, which means one in every four pregnancies,
according to a survey conducted by researchers at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine at
Yeshiva University, in New York, and published in May 2015 in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Abortion is a procedure that is legally constituted by 3 causes which do not penalize and these are:
1. When the continuation of the pregnancy constitutes a danger to the life or health of the woman
certified by a doctor.
2. When there is a serious malformation of the fetus that makes its life certified by a doctor
unfeasible
3. When violent carnal access without abusive consent is rape. pregnancy of a duly denounced
conduct constituted
Regarding this topic, there are many thoughts that come into confrontation with people who do
not think the same, this is due to the information we receive or choose to talk about this topic,
regarding my opinion about abortion, I think this is duly adequate and has its characteristics well
formulated and set with respect to the cases in which this procedure may be legal, I believe that
these three causes shown in Judgment C-355 of 2006 are reasonable since they cover a large part
of the exponential circumstances that can occur when fertilizing the fetus, for this reason I support
that abortion in Colombia should only be legal in the 3 grounds of judgment c-355 of 2006, since in
the world to avoid pregnancy and as a last method of abortion we have different anti-abortion
methods. conceptual to avoid reaching this point where we have to interrupt the life of a being
who is not to blame for the actions we perform, whether good or bad ace
