DEFFINICION DE SEGURIDAD

INDUSTRIAL

El latín es donde nosotros encontramos el origen de la etimología de dos

palabras que da forma al termino seguridad industrial que ahora ocupa estados
unidos. En particular, hallamos el hecho de que seguridad emana la forma del
termino Securitas que puede ser definido como ´´Calidad de empezar
descuidado´´.
Mientras el significado industrial viene de la industria del latin que es traducido
como Laboriosidad y que es conformado por el prefijo indu-, el verbo Struo que
es sinónimo de ´´Construir´´ y el sufijo –ia que indica calidad.
La seguridad industrial es un área multidisciplinaria que es responsable de
minimizar los riesgos en la industria. Parte del asunto que toda la actividad
industrial tiene inherentes peligros que necesitan apropiada gestión.
El principal riesgo en la industria es vinculado a accidentes, que pueden tener
un importante impacto ambiental y daños enteros a la región, incluso más allá
de la compañía donde ocurren los accidentes.
La seguridad industrial, por lo tanto, requiere de la protección de los
trabajadores (con la necesaria ropa, por ejemplo) y su monitoria médica, la
implementación de los controles técnicos y formación relacionados al control
del riesgo.
En particular, nosotros podemos establecer que cuando hablamos acerca de la
seguridad industrial es necesario especificar que es el desarrollo especialmente
a prevenir posibles situaciones y riesgos en áreas donde tu trabajas con
instalaciones refrigeradas, electricidad, combustible gaseoso, refrigeración o
presión equipada.

Industrial safety is a multidisciplinary area that is responsible for minimizing the risks in the
industry . Part of the assumption that all industrial activity has inherent dangers that need
proper management.

The main risks in the industry are linked to accidents , which can have an important
environmental impact and damage entire regions, even beyond thecompany where the
accident occurs.

Industrial safety, therefore, requires the protection of workers (with the necessary clothing,

for example) and their medical monitoring, theimplementation of technical controls and
training related to risk control.

In particular, we can establish that when talking about industrial safety it is necessary to
specify that it is developed specifically to prevent possible situations and risks that occur in
areas where you work with refrigeration facilities, electricity, fuel gaseous, refrigeration or
pressure equipment.
