Ubicada en un conjunto residencial privado, esta vivienda de un solo piso se despliega en un lote de 560m2 y
área construida de 290m2, parte primordial de los requerimientos espaciales era la conexión que debía tener
la terraza y piscina con el interior de la casa, atendiendo este requisito, se plantea la comunicación visual y
física entre esta zona y el salón principal interior logrando un contacto permanente, y más que una piscina, es
el agua y la vegetación las que dan vida y frescura al lugar.

La entrada principal se define por planos, vigas y pérgolas que se alargan hasta el borde del antejardín, el
parqueadero también forma parte de este entramado y se cubre con vigas metálicas que se unen y entrelazan
con las vigas en concreto creando un juego de luces y sombras.

El cerramiento perimetral en gaviones de piedra y madera es continuo, con jardines que refrescan y ambientan
el entorno inmediato.

Al entrar, un gran salón central a doble altura contiene la sala y comedor delimitándose cada uno y definiendo
su espacio mediante el mobiliario. El panorama al abrir la puerta principal es dominado por la piscina y terraza
exterior, existe un vínculo permanente que ata interior y exterior, la vegetación entra y hace parte activa de
esta mutua relación.

La transición entre los espacios internos se genera con cambios de altura interna, si bien es un solo nivel, la
relación espacial de la casa se articula desde el salón central hacia cocina, estar de Tv o entretenimiento,
terraza exterior piscina y el área privada de alcobas.
Desde la sala principal, el pequeño estar de entretenimiento se destaca como un escenario lleno de colorido
donde el rojo predominante se degrada, se aprecia como un cuadro donde volúmenes trapezoidales de forma
irregular conforman la pared y techo del mismo.

De la sala a la piscina, la cubierta en pérgolas metálicas cobija y protege del sol de la tarde, en su secuencia
repetitiva va dibujando la sombra sobre el piso, este mismo efecto se repite sobre la terraza del BBQ con la
intención de crear un efecto visual rico en textura y geometría.

Los distintos relieves de trazo y geometría irregular sobre la superficie de los muros de la fachada principal,
cocina, sala y fachada posterior se generan variando el espesor de los frisos y sus tonalidades de blancos a
grises. Esta geometría dinámica se transforma constantemente por la incidencia de la luz natural y artificial.

En el área privada, las alcobas auxiliares y el estudio se iluminan y ventilan a través del aislamiento lateral
rodeado de vegetación, mientras la alcoba principal mantiene una relación directa con una terraza privada y el
jacuzzi, este último a su vez se conecta con la piscina integrando los espacios exteriores. El baño de la
alcoba principal se abre a la fachada posterior permitiendo la una conexión visual y espacial con los jardines.

Located in a private condominium, this single-storey house is implanted in 560m2 with a

footprint of 290 m2, a request for special elementary space was the connection that would exist
between the terrace and the pool with the interior space, responding to that request, the house
relates visually and physically that the area and the room achieve permanent contact, and more
than a swimming pool, it is the water and vegetation that excites and refreshes the space.
The main access is defined by two planes, beams and pergolas that extend to the limit of the
fountain courtyard, the entrance path is also part of that framework and is covered with metal
beams that are joined and intertwined with the concrete beams creating a play of light and
shadow.
The perimeter enclosure in stone gabions and wood is continuous, the house has gardens that
refresh and acclimate the immediate environment.
Upon entering, a large central double-height living room contains the living room and dining
room, delimiting each one and defining its space through furniture. The panorama when
opening the main door is dominated by the pool and outdoor terrace, there is a permanent link
that ties the interior with the exterior, the vegetation enters and becomes an active part of this
mutual relationship.
The transition between the internal spaces is generated by changes in internal height, although
it is a single level, the spatial relationship of the house is articulated from the central living room
to the kitchen, TV lounge or entertainment, outdoor terrace, pool and the private area of the
bedrooms.
From the main room, the small entertainment room stands out as a colorful stage where the
predominant red is degraded, it can be seen as a painting where irregularly shaped trapezoidal
volumes make up the wall and ceiling of it.
From the living room to the pool, the metal pergolas cover shelters and protects from the
afternoon sun, in its repetitive sequence it draws the shadow on the floor, this same effect is
repeated on the BBQ terrace with the intention of creating an effect visual rich in texture and
geometry.
The different reliefs of line and irregular geometry on the walls of the main façade, kitchen, living
room and rear façade are varied by varying the thickness of the friezes and their shades from
white to gray. This dynamic geometry is constantly transformed by the incidence of natural and
artificial light.
In the private area, the auxiliary bedrooms and the study are illuminated and ventilated through
the side insulation surrounded by greenery, while the main bedroom maintains a direct
relationship with a private terrace and the Jacuzzi, the latter in turn connects to the pool
integrating exterior spaces. The bathroom in the main bedroom opens to the rear facade
allowing a visual and spatial connection with the gardens.
