RESUMEN

La siguiente investigación se realizo para entender y determinar las diferentes cualidades

generadas a partir de la necesidad de construir una vivienda de interés social, analizando

diferentes ámbitos como el social, cultural y ambiental, con el propósito de brindar a la

comunidad del barrio Pacande, los incentivos necesarios para tener y fundamentar una vivienda

con características dignas, donde se utilicen estrategias de sostenibilidad para el confort térmico y

se habitabilidad adecuada.

Se proyecta que el análisis económico relacionado a los factores laborales de los habitantes del

sector juega una parte importante, ya que establece el método en como los involucrados en este

caso la comunidad hace parte integral de la organización de un grupo de involucrados, dar las

características y poner solución a un problema el cual es la habitabilidad y el ofrecer vivienda de

interés social a la comunidad

Abstract

The following research was conducted to understand and determine the different qualities

generated from the need to build a house of social interest, analyzing different areas such as

social, cultural and environmental, with the purpose of providing the community of the Pacande

neighborhood, the necessary incentives to have and found a home with decent characteristics,

where sustainability strategies are used for thermal comfort and adequate habitability.

It is projected that the economic analysis related to the labor factors of the inhabitants of the

sector plays an important part, since it establishes the method in how those involved in this case

the community is an integral part of the organization of a group of stakeholders, giving the

characteristics and to solve a problem which is habitability and offer housing of social interest to

the community.
