Aristocracia.
It has been exercised directly by the clergy of various religions or indirectly by many rulers, arguing
of acts granted by God.
Aristocracy.
Etymologically aristokratos means the government of the best, where sovereign and
unquestionable power is exercised by a small number of people who claim to be the most
qualified by their high level of social position and authorized for it by God and the church.
Monarquia
LA jefatura del estado es ejercida por un monarca o soberano, como un rey o un emperador, de
manera vitalicia y hereditaria. Puede ser absoluta, cuando nada la limita y se desborda hasta el
despotismo o relativa, cuando tiene límites constitucionales parlamentarios o republicanos, como
sucede con las monarquías actuales.
Monarchy
El poder es ejercido de madera absoluta por una sola persona, sin más límite que su deseo y su
propia voluntad. Esta forma de gobierno comúnmente desemboca en la tiranía y despotismo.
Autocracy.
The power is exercised of absolute wood by a single person, with no more limit than his desire and
his own will. This form of government commonly leads to tyranny and despotism.
Democracia
El pueblo participa en las decisiones políticas de la sociedad. Supone la existencia y respeto del
estado de derecho con una constitución y unas leyes, que limitan los poderes y controlan el
funcionamiento del estado, que garantizan y establecen derechos y deberes equitativos para
todos; la división de los poderes fundamentales (ejecutivo, legislativo y judicial), el derecho a la
propiedad privada; el sufragio universal; la libertad de expresión y asociación, y la existencia de los
partidos políticos, como características fundamentales.
Democracy
The people participate in the political decisions of society. It assumes the existence and respect of
the rule of law with a constitution and laws, which limit the powers and control the operation of
the state, which guarantee and establish equal rights and duties for all; the division of
fundamental powers (executive, legislative and judicial), the right to private property; The
universal suffrage; freedom of expression and association, and the existence of political parties, as

La democracia presidencialista
El presidente de gobierno y el jefe del estado son la misma institución, y quien la ejerce es

La democracia parlamentaria
No hay mayor separación e independencia entre el ejecutivo y el legislativo, que muchas veces
nombra al titular ejecutivo (Presidente o primer ministro) y eventualmente la respalda. El
parlamento surge de la voluntad popular a través de unas elecciones directas.
Parliamentary democracy
There is no greater separation and independence between the executive and the legislature,
which often appoints the chief executive (President or prime minister) and eventually supports it.

Social democracia
Es una versión de la democracia, nacida de las luchas obreras y sociales de Europa, como una
propuesta alternativa, pacífica y más moderada, de la forma revolucionaria de tomas el poder y de
imposición de una “dictadura del parlamentario” que sostenía una parte del movimiento
socialista.

Socialismo
Supone una forma de organización basada en democracia (Cuya célula es el soviet so consejo), al
establecer la propiedad social (colectiva) de los medios de producción y desaparecer cualquier
forma de propiedad privada de los bienes de capital (y producción). Sin embargo, implica
eliminación de la mayoría de los derechos civiles de la oposición política y partidista, sustentada
llamada “Dictadura de proletariado” que, en la práctica, es la dictadura ejercida por la burocracia
privilegiada de un único partido que se proclama representante de la clase obrera. El pode así
establecido maneja la economía y la vida de los ciudadanos.
Socialism
