Instrucciones generales

1. Apagar teléfono celular, Palm, IPod y cualquier dispositivo


electrónico con acceso a internet. Colocarlos en su bolso o debajo de su
pupitre.
2. Uso de gorras, anteojos oscuros no está permitido durante la
aplicación de exámenes.
3. No se permite ingerir agua, refrescos o alimentos durante la
aplicación de los exámenes.
4. Durante los diez minutos de inicio de la prueba pueda hacer
consultas sobre la transcripción o redacción de la prueba. Transcurrido
ese tiempo no se aceptan consultas.
5. El examen debe resolverse, de manera ordenada y limpia, en el
cuadernillo oficial de exámenes. Debe usar – salvo indicación contraria
– sólo tinta azul o negra.
6. La utilización correcta de las reglas ortográficas es parte de la
prueba y se rebajarán puntos de la calificación si aparecen errores de
este tipo.
7. No se podrá abandonar el aula hasta tanto haya entregado el
examen y firmado el acta respectiva.
8. En caso de copia o fraude se aplicarán las normas establecidas al
efecto por la Universidad.

Name: Pat Brown
Position: Purchasing Manager
Company: Pacific International
Situation: Mr. Brown works in “Pacific International” as a Purchasing Manager.
The company sells computer components to Intel, but “Ocean View Supplies
Inc.”, which is the company that supplies these components, shipped the
merchandise late, for this reason the order was delayed.
Regarding to this delay in shipping, Intel was affected during the process of
manufacturing computers, because of this, the company is considering to cancel
the contract with Pacific International.
Pat Brown is feeling a lot of pressure because his company will be affected if the
Intel´s contract is canceled, besides, Pacific International signed up a contract
with Ocean View Supplies as the unique supplier during 6 years.
